All of the registrations have already been closed.
On the day of the event, please give the receptionist the "inquiry number" that was included in the emails you received when you registered for AMARYS.
*You can find your inquiry number in either "[CIGRE2023] Personal Information Mail to confirm registration" or "[CIGRE2023] Registration Mail to confirm registration" sent to you when you registered on AMARYS.

Colloquium Registration fees

You can choose one of the following seven items in AMARYS registration.
【 Keynote Speaker, Chair 】 :

Invited Keynote Speakers and Invited (former) SC Chairs only. Free Colloquium registration and Gala Dinner.

【 Invited Guest 】 :

Invited Guests only. Free Colloquium registration. Paid registration is required to attend Gala Dinner.

【 Guest 】 :

Sponsored guests and other guests only. You need to input your Invitation code in AMARYS.

【 CIGRE Member 】 :

CIGRE Member (Individual and Collective) only. You need to input your CIGRE Membership number in AMARYS.

【 Non CIGRE Member 】 :

Anyone is available.

【 CIGRE Member - Student 】 :

CIGRE Student Member (Individual) only. You need to input your CIGRE Membership number in AMARYS.

【 Non CIGRE Member - Student 】 :

Student only. On the day of the colloquium, we will confirm your student ID card at the registration desk.

This colloquium is an in-person event.
Registration fee includes tutorials, sessions, welcome party, exhibition, collection of full papers and NGN/WiE Forum.
Complimentary coffee breaks and lunches on October 4 and 5 will be provided to participants (no lunch on October 3).
For those who wish to participate only in NGN/WiE Forum, the fee is free of charge.
Registration fee does not include Gala Dinner or Tours or Accommodations.
Early bird Registration is available until 30 June. In this case, payment must be completed.
On-site registration will not be accepted during Colloquium. Participants must register and pay online through AMARYS by 25 September JST.
The colloquium staff will take a photo and video during the colloquium and related events and show some of the documents to participants after the colloquium. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Due to the time required to prepare the necessary documents for visa applications, registrations and applications should be submitted by the end of July. To apply for visa documentation, please contact the email address at https://www.cigre2023sendai.jp/contact/.

Japanese Border Measures
Valid vaccination certificate or pre-departure test is not required.

Gala Dinner fee

Gala Dinner is not included in Registration fee.
Participants who have registered for the colloquium can attend Gala Dinner.

Tour fees

All tours are not included in Registration fee.
Participants who have registered for the colloquium can attend the tours.
The Technical Tour fee of 28,000 yen includes accommodation.

Payment can only be made online by credit card.

Cancellation / Refund

If you cancel your registration, no refunds will be made after the completion of payment.
However, only in the event of a serious incident, a refund will be made after deducting the necessary expenses, on presentation of the required documents.
